  • Right of Return
    It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your MY SNOWFLAKE order.

    If you are not, unused items in their original packaging, which are not excluded from the right of withdrawal according to the GTC*, can be returned for a fee within 14 days of receipt. For sale items (reduced merchandise), a shortened return period of 7 days after receipt applies.

    *Products excluded from exchange
    Furniture, strollers, car seats, wallpaper, paints, specially marked products, display items, and special orders at customer request are excluded from exchange (You can find more information here: Right of Withdrawal)

  • Returning Products
    Note: Returns are subject to a fee.

    For fast and flawless return processing, please note the following:
  1. Only items in unused, original condition and with their original packaging can be accepted. Please pack items carefully for shipping.
  2. Include the delivery note we provided with your return so that we can correctly assign your return.
  3. Send the package (for a fee) to the following address:

    Tip: We recommend that you keep the receipt with the tracking number from the post office until we have processed your return and refunded your money.

  • Refund
    Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the payment method used for the order. Please note that the shipping costs from the order will not be refunded.
    Note: For purchases on account, a remaining amount (shipping costs) may remain, which must be paid via Powerpay.

  • Return shipping fee
    We are a small company, and returns are expensive for us, as well as for our environment, which is why return shipping is subject to a fee. If you are unsure about an item's size, material, color, etc., please feel free to contact us in advance by email at info@kaufhaus-ackerlo.shop; we will be happy to advise you!
